The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18.

The cabin is serviceable by Uber and within delivery range for many Gatlinburg restaurants, which is rare for homes in the area!

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

The location was great. It was a short drive to anywhere you would want to go. 15 min to the national park and 10 min to gatlinburg. The house was clean and offered plenty of space with great views. We had 14 people and plenty of room. The owners were easy to reach out to and quick to respond. We accidentally left a kids tablet, we reached out and the cleaning crew found it. The tablet was shipped back to us by the owners. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the house, facilities, and location.

The cabin was beautiful and big enough for our large family. Host was available for any questions we had. We had nightly bear visitors which I (Tonya) thought was pretty neat lol. All in all it was a very nice little vacation. This was our first time staying in Gatlinburg although we’ve stayed many times in Pigeon Forge. We hope to be back soon!

Josh, the owner, responded to our questions in a very appropriate time. The cabin was as the pictures illustrated. There was ample space for all 13 of us to be together yet space to escape away from the group as necessary. Plenty of cooking utensils. Toiletries and towels were well stocked, and beds were clean and comfortable. The drive up the mountain can be a bit scary with steep grades and sharp turns. We navigated carefully but would not want to do it with snow and ice on the roads. The location is quite convenient to many of the various attractions and activities in the area. Our family would be willing to return in the future.
