You are renting 1 week in a condo at the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort (a five star resort) in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for the week of 06/28/2026 thru 07/05/2026 AVAILABLE- MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY. This is a "P GRAND" (rate code 17) one bedroom deluxe king bed villa, 780 square feet with elevator access. It has WIFI, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning and telephone. There is a balcony with views of the Smoky Mountains. In the living room there is a fireplace, big screen TV, and a couch that turns into a queen sized bed. In the dining area there is a large six person dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, cooking utensils, toaster, silverware, full size fridge w/ice maker, 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets, eating bar with 4 stools and granite counter tops. A washer and dryer in a utility closet are with-in the room as well as an ironing board and iron. In the master bedroom there is a king sized bed, flat screen tv and a safe in the closet. There is also a large waterfall jacuzzi. In the bath there are jack and jill sinks, a hair dryer, a large walk-in shower and of course a toilet. Towels and linens are provided.
The resort is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and is within minutes of either one. There is a trolley that comes regularly to the resort that can be taken to either town and save driving. The resort is within minutes of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dolly wood and countless other entertainment venues. On the property there is the 60,000 sq. ft. Wild Bear Falls indoor heated water park, Smokehouse grill restaurant, Starbucks, Mason Jar bar and lounge, Smokey Mountain ice cream shop, Serenity Spa, the Roaring Fork snack bar, liquor and wine store and a 24 hr. marketplace. Also present are zip lines, miniature golf, outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, play ground, arcade game room, video rental box, concierge service, attractions ticket desk, 24 hour front desk and security, conference room, catering service, on site trolley for property commutes and Westgate daily activities program for adults and kids. All amenities are free as well as daily use of the water park which is a $20.00/day/person value for 4 persons in the room. Amenities are as pictured, room floor plans may differ from what is being offered.
Pet Policy: There is a $150 non-refundable deposit required at check-in. Dogs are the only pets allowed with some i.e. "aggressive" breeds banned. Verify at Westgate terms and conditions for these.. One dog not weighing more than 60 pounds or up to 2 dogs not exceeding a combined weight of 60 pounds. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. Service animals must wear a vest and have a verification certificate. Pet fees are collected by Westgate. All dogs whether pet or service can be liable for damage charges.

The reservation is currently in my name. I will be in contact with you prior to your arrival with access instructions. I will request your name, address, phone number and email address to have the confirmation be placed into your name. All confirmation info will be emailed to you when the reservation is transferred. The agreed price is the total cost for the above week's stay for the âP Grandâ suite (rate code 17) - MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY. It does include all taxes and fees, WIFI and water park tickets (a $20/day/person value). 4 person limit.
NO REFUNDS. Additional costs would be you're personal expenditures at the Resort.
A valid photo ID such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in. Your major card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidental charges. If there are none it will be refunded.
Payment terms: I require my guests to make payment to VRBO. 100% refund 30 days before check-in. 50% refund 14-30 days before check-in. Otherwise no refund! Guests must cancel by 11:59 p.m. EST on the cut off day before check-in to receive a refund.
In regards to COVID the resort is currently open at the time of this listing. However for the latest please contact me via email thru VRBO and I will get you the most recent information.
Masks are discretionary and to be worn in all public places and of course social distancing.
