Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Mackinaw City are easy day trips. Downtown Gaylord is close for dining, groceries, and everyday essentials.
You can be on a ski lift in ten minutes and back in the pool before dinner.
Guests have full private access to the main home, indoor pool wing, hot tub area, game room, and surrounding yard space. The property is not shared with other guests.
Please note that detached barns and certain outbuildings on the property are not accessible to guests and remain locked for owner use.

Hidden Oasis is a split-level estate with distinct gathering and sleeping zones, built so a big group can spread out without stacking up.
The main level holds the kitchen, dining area, and primary living space, with easy access to the patio and fire pit. Five bedrooms sleep 16 across the home: two king rooms, a queen suite with its own private bath, a room with two double beds, and a bunk room with six singles that the kids claim fast.
The dedicated indoor pool wing sits apart from the main living areas — swim in January with snow on the windowsills, then cross to the outdoor hot tub. A full game room and a separate lounge give the group different places to land, so movie-watchers and game-players never fight over one TV.
It's an ideal base for ski weekends and Treetops golf trips — rooms to regroup between outings, one big table to eat together, and the pool waiting when you come back in.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The property offers convenient access to major routes, making it easy to reach nearby resorts, golf courses, and surrounding Northern Michigan destinations. Nearest airports: Pellston Regional (PLN) ~30 min, Traverse City (TVC) ~1 hr, Detroit Metro (DTW) ~3.5 hrs.
Ride share services are limited in the area, so planning personal transportation is advised.
The indoor pool is maintained year-round and professionally serviced. Please supervise children at all times in the pool and hot tub areas.
This is a nonsmoking property and not suitable for large events or parties. Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighboring properties. Pets are welcome with advance notice — just ask before booking; a pet fee applies.
Please note: the home's sleeping arrangements are built to comfortably accommodate 16 guests. Larger groups are welcome, but if you're booking for more than 16, please understand the bedding is designed for 16 and plan accordingly.
