Chmielna 112 Street | 66 m² | At Downtown Apartments, we know how to perfectly combine a prime location with comfortable relaxation. A perfect example is our new Granaria B601 apartment with an area of 67 m², located on the historic Granary Island in the very heart of Gdańsk.



The Space:

Granaria B601 was designed with comfort and convenience in mind for six people, making it perfect for both family vacations and a stay with friends.



On the first floor, there's a cozy living room with a large skylight providing natural light and views of the surrounding area. A comfortable sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping space for two people.



In the same space, there's a modern kitchenette – fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and dishes), allowing for convenient meal preparation. Guests also have access to a round dining table, perfect for shared meals or working on a laptop. For your convenience, a welcome kit with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.



From the living room, stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two separate bedrooms. Each is equipped with a large, comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful and restorative sleep. The bedrooms feature hotel-style open wardrobes.



The apartment has two bathrooms – one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both are modern, neat, and equipped with showers, significantly enhancing the comfort of your stay, especially for larger groups. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries are provided – shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, and soap.



Guest Access:

The adjacent building houses a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage area, and jacuzzi, available for PLN 150/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which must be made at the Prana SPA reception desk at the Radisson Hotel, along with payment.



There is an underground car park in the building, ‘Interparking Chmielna 110’ (5 PLN per hour), but availability depends solely on the car park operator.
