I arrived way past midnight due to a diverted flight. Expedia spoke to the hotel and they were happy to accommodate my unusually late arrival. Their check-in closes at midniht normally.

Really good value for money! Upgraded to the double room on the ground floor. Spa was great! Great location 10 minute walk to town and very close to the forum shopping. Would recommend and would come back!

The hotel is in a convenient area about ten minutes walk to the Main Street. The room was large (Superior Double) with a fridge and water machine on each corridor. The breakfast is ok but there are plenty of other options in walkable distance.

I didn't have a charger so they charged my phone for me. The staff when I got there seemed a little cranky but after they left the other staff was very nice and even called a taxi for me. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely fabulous. It was probably the best I have ever had.

Everything was good apart from the self service breakfast also I was left standing in the middle of the dining area as they let everyone flood in for breakfast and there was no seats left so you kinda just have to stand and wait! Very scarce with coffee and creamer in room as you get 1x instant coffee and 1 x suger
