The building adjoins the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve (6 minutes from the flat), which offers numerous walking paths and designated areas for picnics and barbecues. The Redłowska Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The well-developed road infrastructure allows quick access to the centre of Gdynia, as well as to Gdansk and Sopot - the city's train station is located about 1 km from the estate.
