We understand that our stay from February 6–8 took place during a fully booked period with a conference at the hotel. When we checked in, Jakub Ko was extremely helpful and did everything he could to accommodate us. We truly appreciate his assistance. The night-shift staff member was also very kind and helpful, although I unfortunately do not remember her name — she also deserves our thanks. However, we had repeated issues with the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Even though the reception had already charged us for breakfast, we were stopped at the entrance and told that we had not paid. We explained that the payment had been made, but the F&B reception still refused to let us in. After checking, it turned out that only one room had been registered as paid. Instead of allowing us to pay directly there, we were told to go back down to the reception to sort it out. The attitude of the F&B reception was particularly disappointing — they were not welcoming, their tone was unfriendly, and we did not feel acknowledged as guests. This did not happen just once, but on both mornings, which left us very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Excellent hotel, overall. However, over the Christmas holiday weekend there was a party in the ballroom that got extremely loud that lasted until 1 am. We had to move to another part of the hotel (several other people did the same thing) away from the noise to get some sleep. The hotel should be more respectful of guests than letting loud events continue late into the night.

Poor breakfast in term of choice and availability. Hotel so busy had to queue for a table and everything else. Pool and spa too full to book or have access too. Not a great experience. Need to read the small print for this hotel..

Great location, right in the main city. Room was too hot but we eventually managed to turn down the heating. Didnt have breakfast as too expensive and lots of places nearby to eat. Didn't realise we had to book a Wellness room in order to use the pool, otherwise expensive charges to use the pool and spa, therefore didnt use.

Pleasant enough stay, hotel staff very helpful..we had a cosy room over the casino,wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper,spa facilities very modern only down side is you have no control on switching any of the pool spa facilities on..you kinda have to swim around that area and give the life guard a wee nod for him to activate...bit weird but it all worked
