Unit V473 is a 2 bedroom fully equipped condo located on the 1st floor of Pacific View.





Great Ocean views! King bed in the main bedroom, 2 Twins in the 2nd bedroom. Flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD player. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each day of your stay to enjoy in your fireplace. Make sure you take the time to look around for our famous elk!





Golf course across the street. Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball court nearby. Just a moments stroll to the beach.

Its a bit older, but clean. It had everything we needed. I wish we chose a place on a higher floor for a better view. It had carpet throughout which is hard for a place with so much sand.

We always enjoy it here. The only issue was the washer after we already started the washer it would not run . Luckily it drained so we could dry the clothes at least just no wash cycle. Everything else was great do with they would have a couple of seasonings in cupboard tho. Plenty of pand and dishes.huge balcony was nice. Most important thing got to spend time with loved ones in a spacious apartment. Thank you.

old but very comfortable. The view was outstanding. There were a few things that needed repaired we let the front desk know. I hope they get fixed. the main bath does not drain very well & the hair dryer in the master runs for only about 1 min then shuts off and will not run anymore. We loved having access to prime felt like home. We were there to celebrate our 50th wedding Anniversary we were so glad to get away it has been 6 years since we ventured out. This was perfect. Thank you so very much.

Grandma's and Grandpa's condo

The location was convenient, with a great view of the ocean and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Astoria and Cannon Beach are both 20 minute drives away. The office staff were great to work with. The unit is spacious and includes a 2014 phone book for your convenience. If you miss visiting your grandparents back in the 80s and 90s, this will give you all the nostalgic feels. Popcorn ceiling, worn out and rock hard beds, linoleum floors, a carpeted dining room, a (Tappan) microwave and an entertainment center straight out of the 80s and 90s, and even the smell of your grandparents' house can all be found here. Oh, and you can also find your grandparents' old dish sets, including a crystal butter dish and a Bundt cake pan.But wait, there's more! This unit also includes worn-out shower caddies and door knobs, a leaking toilet valve, a kitchen faucet that sprays everywhere, broken and yellowed mini blinds, and blinds at the sliding door that drag on the floor and are broken. At least the balcony has a great view, but if you need more than 3 chairs you'll have to provide your own. We love retro and quirky places, but this unit seems to lean more toward the neglected and never updated. To their credit, the TV's, stove, dishwasher, and fridge are fairly new. But the fridge door doesn't close all the way unless you push on it with some effort. If you're looking to jump back in time a few decades, give this place a try. Otherwise, you may want to consider a different unit.

We love it here

The whole complex is great. Right on the beach, heated pool and close to everything. The place was great and two bedrooms and two twin beds in the second bedroom was absolutely ideal for my wife and I and our two kids. We would 100% stay here again.

Well maintained property!

Very clean unit, layout was great, and the location was great! Nice view. It would be awesome to have a set of sand toys for the kids to use, we forgot ours...decor, beds, and furnishings were very outdated which was noy a big deal for us. Beds were very basic and not very comfortable. Bedding was old, and lower end quality which won't stop is for coming back but something to note.

Comfortable condo out of the 80’s

No contact with owner or management company until HomeAway helped us when we arrived with no instructions on how to get in. No apologies for inconvenience. Great (long) walk to beach! Bonus was the wild herd of elk grazing there.
