Was quite a busy road should have researched location better . Fire and ambulance stations across the rd so lots of sirens going. No dinner options within walking distance but was able to uber eats.

An older property so to be fair for what it is it is fantastic- brilliant location and EXTREMELY comfortable bed. Lovely people and very good value for money. Perfect if you are attending an AFL game as the ground is so close

Property was in poor condition with mould in the bathroom. Broken toilet seat, blocked hand basin and hair dryer which was a fire hazard that had to be replaced.

Overall a lovely stay at the hotel just needs a lot of maintenance nothing like the photos on line. The stairs were not accessible on on both sides of hotel would be nice to be notified and given a choice. comfy beds and staff were lovely..

Manager has a superior attitude. I'm sure the rest of the staff are fine but in 50 years of staying in motels/hotels for over 30 nights a year iI have never encountered anything like I did at this Motel.
