Kurzer Musical Urlaub
Im Großen und ganzen gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns dort in den drei Nächten wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke gut (Starlight Express Besuch), ist aber jetzt nicht die Top-Lage im Ruhrgebiet. Trotz Industriegebiet sind aber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Essen und Bochum super erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne moderne Wohnung.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Inhaber war sehr flexibel. Auf Grund eines groses Unwetter konnten wir viel ehr in der Wohnung einchecken. Leider lag noch unaufgeräumtes gespülter Geschirr.

Übernachtung anlässlich des Grönemeyer-Konzerts in der Veltins-Arena
Problemloses Einchecken, sauberes Appartement mit netter Einrichtung, super Fernseher, tolles Bad mit Regendusche (allerdings in der Badewanne) und Wanne mit whirlpool-Funktion, moderne und vollständige Küchenzeile, andere Hausbewohner sehr ruhig, Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestelle Richtung Hbf und Arena 12 Fußminuten entfernt. Alles in allem: Passte wunderbar und wir sind sehr zufrieden!

War nicht traumhaft und hatte auch kein Luxus
Es fiel schon beim betreten, des Hausflures der stark unangenehmen Fäkal und Gulli Geruch auch im Apartment roch alle Räume irgendwie komisch. Es war auch nicht gereinigt, sowie Kühlschrank war noch mit Ketchup und Milch bestückt vom Vormieter oder sonstig. Benutzte Zahnbecher, 3. Bett/Zeug/Wäsche und keine Handtücher bereitgestellt. Kein Fernseh / Sender gucken möglich, teils geöffnete + verschlossene Post mit RE. / Justiz/Stadt/ GEZ liegen gelassen, zudem vorne sehr Laut. Schade!

Aufenthalt 5 Tage/3 Personen: Wasserhahn in Küche nicht befestigt, nur kaltes Wasser, zum abwaschen Wasser auf dem Herd warmachen da auch nur 1 Spülmaschinenentabs für 5 Tage, abgelaufene Eier im Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher unappetitlich, Kaffemaschine nicht vorhanden.Bad: offene Kabel übern Spiegel, Dusche Spritzwasser im ganzen Bad (Keinerlei Spritzschutz vorhanden) dafür angefangene Duschgel, Shampo, Zahnpasta. Schlafzimmer: nasse Wäsche von Vormieter? über Wäscheständer im Schlafzimmer!! Steht im Weg bzw. Wäscheständer dadurch blockiert. Sind doch nicht zuständig für das Wegräumen der Wäsche vom Vermieter!!!!!, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit neben dem Bett. Kein Tisch und Stühle für Mahlzeiten vorhanden, nur fest montiertes rustikales, unhygienisches Holzbrett an der Wand mit 2 Barhockern (Wohnung für 5 Erwachsene ausgeschrieben). Aufenthalt für 3 Personen gebucht, nur 2 Betten gemacht. Bettwäsche war vorhanden. Der Einrichtungsstil ist Geschmacksache, aber eine luxuriöse Ferienwohnung ist DAS nicht (in unseren Augen).

Nicht stattgefunden
Die Reise hat gar nicht stattgefunden. Obwohl ich eine Reservierungsbestätigung bekam, war das Objekt nicht frei. Nach einem enormen zusätzlichen Zeitaufwand (Kontakt mit Vermieter und FEWo direkt), musste ich schließlich ohne ein Entgegenkommen eine teurere Wohnung mit ungünstigerer Lage neu buchen. Zudem war der Chat im Nachhinein mit meiner Beschwerde nicht zielführend.

Apartment in Schalke
Modernes, sauberes Apartment mit Balkon im EG. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Haus etwas abgelegen in Schalke, aber mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Ein Bett im Wohnraum, ein Schlafzimmer. Handtücher, Bettzeug vorhanden. Wir waren zu viert und sehr zufrieden.
