Hard to comment on staff and service as the interaction with them across our entire stay would surmount to under 5 minutes. You could say they were efficient though not engaging. If you are only looking for a bed for the night then this dormitory would meet your needs. Budget accommodation without the frills in a handy location to the railway station. Entrance to the accommodation doesn’t stand out, blink and you’ll miss it.

Rooms were small but comfortable. One of the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen. The area around the train station where the hotel is located is not the best. It’s convenient if you need proximity to the train station.

Great spot, just steps from everything you need

Really nice surprise in the heart of Paquis (next to the beloved Parfums de Beyrouth) and a quick walk from the train station. Stayed for a night while transiting to the alps and was comfortable, clean, and close to everything I needed. The pool was very warm (I usually find hotel pools way too cold for my liking) and the hot tub and sauna were lovely, and empty in the evening - open late (10pm I believe). Will definitely book again next time I'm in town.

Avoid if you have a family

Hotels.com ratings gave this hotel a 9. The rooms are so small you can barely move without hitting something. None of the USB charging ports work, but the worst part was the hotel was in the middle of downtown Geneva Red District which was very uncomfortable for a family to go in and out of this area. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL!!
