Paulina and Julien were fantastic. The hotel rooms have been decorated beautifully and with attention to detail. A short 5 minute walk to the Genève train station and we were given a card for free train ride to the airport.

Excellent hotel not far from the Geneva train station. Surrounding neighborhood not so nice—some may feel uncomfortable. Very pleasant room , confortable bed , nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a big problem with the Wifi.Impossible to work on computer . Could not get a receipt for my credit card payment and for reasons I don’t understand, the hotel no longer accepts cash payments. But overall, enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was lovely, staff very helpful! We didn't eat in the hotel - there are many places to eat nearby. The location was also fantastic, walking distance of the station and the lake. The room itself was very cosy, a little on the small side, but fine for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

Within a short walk to the beautiful lake front, or the train station where transport to many destinations can be found is this boutique hotel that offers calm and serenity. Modern and spacious suite with ample space and a stand alone bath to end the day on. Great hotel, great staff, great city.

simple but nice -
I stayed in the smallest room they had on offer, and it was only just sufficient. I got told their was a table in there, so assumed I could work at it, but not space to sit at it, and it was a coffee table so not big enough to work on. Bed was comfy (on the harder side) the staff were great. Breakfast was simple but enough. Eggs, sausages, bacon, then fresh fruit and ham and cheeses. Coffee was nice. The temp was set to 24, so had to turn that down in the middle of the night, but they maintained that for the rest of the trip. Overall - good - but potentially upgrade if you need more space (for an extra fee of course). Loccataine toiletries were a nice addition
