All of it! Clean place, everything is so fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of options for breakfast and so close to spire. Great idea sticking a hotel right there. Having a kitchen in the rooms is amazing…it’s so expensive to eat out every meal and that’s typically why we stay in airbnbs mostly. But this was a game changer. Thank you!! Will be back for sure

The hotel and the room were nice. However, when we went to get showers to get ready for bed, we had no hot water. We let it run, and it did nothing. Not even warm enough to wash your hands. Called the front desk, and was asked to let it run for 10 minutes to heat up because it was cold outside. It had already ran for awhile, but I agreed to try it. Let it run another 10-15 minutes with no change. Called again and they agreed to call maintenance. They called back a little later and said everything was fine with the “boilers”, and I needed to turn it all the way to hot, and let it run for 10 minutes. Even though this had already been done twice, I tried again. Still no hot water. We turned on the bathroom sink and kitchen sink, and let all three run and finally got it Luke warm enough to shower. The lack of help or even anything done to make this right was shocking. Will not stay here again if we attend another event at Spire.

This is such a nice hotel. Whenever we go to the Spire Institute this is the only hotel we stay at. It’s is extremely clean beds are great location to spire you could walk. Staff are friendly.

I stay here regularly. Always happy with it, nice staff. This trip was excellent. Clean room, top floor so it was quiet. And the breakfast was extra good — multiple fresh fruit choices. My itemized billing summary didn’t arrive — my only complaint.
