Property is ideally located. Short walk to beach, good local food and a McDonalds and bus stop are nearby. Unfortunately this is an old shopping complex that was converted to hotel rooms with several hotels there. My room was small and had the 100mm waste pipe for the above floors running through my bathroom. Sounded like a train at regular times. Only a short bus trip from Penang at RM2.30 (A$0.90) so next time I will be a day tripper from Penang. Hotel rates are similar to quality hotels in downtown Penang.

it was a great experience stay at this hotel, if you want go to ferringhi night market & do a beach activites it's only take 5-7mins of walk.
