Ocean 25 is a 3-storey hillside villa located nearby Shamrock Beach in Batu Ferringhi. Our cool & comfortable villa is set in a peaceful & quiet location, just off the main road in Batu Ferringhi & only 5 minutes walk to sandy Shamrock Beach. It is a good place for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The villa features 5-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, living room and dining room with kitchen equipped. It offers free private parking and complimentary WiFi access.

Security Deposit RM300 will be collected before check in and return after check out before 5pm. No fully refund will be made if there is any damage to the unit, unexpected cleaning cost occurs or late checkout and etc ( Please refer to our house rules).

Ocean 25 is located at a scenic hilltop , with partial seaview from the master bedroom from the villa to the beautiful and shimmering blue sea at Batu Ferringhi, the famous beach area of Penang. Shamrock Beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill. It is a luxury villa for the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays in Penang.

This large villa is comfortably furnished, features a villa and is equipped to welcome up to 12-22 people.

You will enjoy living in a comfortable space.
The living room features with 3 relaxing chairs and 2 sets of 3 seater leather coach with soft cover, 55 inhes LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, electric kettle, stove, oven, microwave and fridge.
The dining area with the dining table and breakfast table are big enough to serve the family.
5-bathrooms come with toiletries (body & hair shampoo, hand wash, bath & hand towels and toilet paper). Please bring your own tooth brush and toothpaste.

Ground Floor:
*Small bedroom - single pull out bed with air cooler and wall fan.

First Floor:
*Bedroom 1 - 2 double bed & 1 single bed, attached bathroom

*Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed, attached bathroom

*Common space with 2 double bed.

Second Floor:
*Bedroom 1 - 2 double bed & 1 single bed, private balcony, attached bathroom

*Bedroom 2 - 2 double bed & 1 single bed, attached bathroom

All 4-bedrooms in first floor & second floor and common space come with air-conditioner.
Guest access
if you come with bus, let us know, we will let you know where to park.

You will have access to internet (WI-FI ).

Private car porch for 2 cars and others can park in front of the house-on the street (Up to 4 to 6 cars). The villa provided big living, dining, kitchen, family area and 4 big bedrooms with 5 toilets and common space.
The villa has a washing machine, iron board and hair dryer.

Guests are reminded to be considerate towards neighbours and mindful not to disturb them with loud music and noises.

Friendly reminder that you're staying in our lovely home, it is not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and take good care of any items inside. If any problems arise, we will do our best to help with immediate action.

• This is a privately owned property & thus does not have any reception.

• Only 1 time housekeeping provided before guest check in, additional housekeeping can be arranged with surcharge of RM30 per hour.

• Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 11.00 am.

• Early check in or delay in check out can be arranged subject to availability.

• All keys must be returned during check-out. You will be charged fee listed below if fail to do so:
- Key: RM10 each

• In order to check-out, put back the keys to the same lockbox that you took them.

. Clean as you go to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone ! You must also acknowledge

. Strictly NO Smoking, No drug and ILLEGAL activities

. No shoe inside the house, you can put your shoe at the shoe rack

. No visitor allowed to overnight

. Go Green, Please Swicth off the water, air cond, light and fan when you are leaving the house.

• Durians are not allowed in the house.
