I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests.

Very spacious for large groups.. perfect location- very close to fun restaurants/ bars/ airport. Pool beach deck amazing… beach deck with lounge chairs and beach chairs made big difference for many hang at beach on the deck…views from inside house to beach amazing - can see ocean for miles as soon as you step in house…master bedroom had closet full of beach necessities which we used - 6 folding beach chairs, all age life jackets, beach balls, gsmes , rafts…highly recommend

A dreamy setting with tranquil crystal clear water, lovely sandy beach that felt like walking on cake mix, perfect pool, and gracious home with ample spaces for lounging, dining, sleeping and pampering. Beautiful location but the cleanliness was not what I would expect. The place didn’t look vacuumed and requested it be redone. Service came and brought a small Dyson which is not sufficient for rugs. Stained coffee spots on vanity in master and over needed wiping. Pots need to be updated - wasn’t able to cook eggs even after we purchased oil. Not enough glasses for the number of guest. Only one rollof paper towels provided for 15 people for a week. Was told I was only provided one per stay. I think the host is responsive but the property management seems lacking.

AMAZING BEACH FRONT PROPERTY

The home was as described. The pictures do not do it justice though. Not only was it beach front ,it was off of the main road and private. There are two other homes close by but there was never an issue with noise. We had a few issues while there and the property manager had someone out to fix things. The concierge with Anyana was amazing!
