The villa is quite central in Pemuteran, near the Balinese people and it’s culture, and just 800 meters away from the ocean. The villa is built in 2007, with a living area of 290 m² and is surrounded by a lush tropical garden with an area of 4200 m². The villa is designed in a combination of traditional and western architecture which fits perfectly into the natural environment. The villa has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning on the groundfloor and 1 bedroom with airco and fabulous view on the first floor. The villa has a nice private pool.
Spacious air-conditioned Bedrooms with partially op: Two large bedrooms (5x5m) are situated on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double canopy bed and the other bedroom has 3 single beds. The bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the terrace and provide fantastic views of the beautiful garden and mountains. The wooden wardrobes provide ample storage space for your belongings. The beds have mattresses of superior quality and there are reading lamps placed beside the bed. The bedrooms have air conditioning and a mosquito net.
The partially open-air bathrooms are spacious and offer an abundance of light. They are equipped with a shower, a toilet, double sinks and are beautifully decorated with flowers, plants and natural materials. The washbasins are made of terrazzo and the walls and floors are covered with natural stones.
The villa has a small safe where valuables can be stored.

In the front and sides of this luxury villa is a large veranda. The veranda has several beautiful sitting areas that provide a gorgeous view of the majestic mountains and beautiful tropical gardens. The dining area has a large teak-wood dining table (3.5 m), which seats up to ten guests. The light terrazzo floors give the environment a fresh, airy and spacious character. On the terrace are also ceiling fans if cooling is required.
First floor:
Upstairs is an additional living area and the third bedroom with a magnificent view of the mountains. The bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a 240 degrees view on the mountains.The lounge part has a wooden floor, a DVD player,a books/DVD library and a ceiling fan. A perfect area for a moment of rest.
Luxury private pool, terrace & garden: The (saltwater) private pool (5x12m) in the garden is situated in front of the villa and is free of chlorine. On the wooden terrace are deckchairs, towels and umbrellas. The pool is beautifully illuminated at night. Beside the pool is a Balinese gazebo for relaxing and enjoying the garden and spectacular views.
The gorgeous, spacious, open 4000 m² tropical garden consists of a sloping lawn with many different species of trees, palms, plants and flowers. Around the pool are planted Singapore-, Palm- and Frangipani trees. In addition the garden shrubs bamboo, fruit trees, Cambodia-trees, Oleanders and Bourgainville; all this is very attractive to birds. The garden is specifically designed to maintain the water on the land during the rainy season , which eventually reaches a higher ground water. The chosen planting of the garden reflects a dry tropical climate. At the front and the side of the villa is a pond with many fish and beautiful water lilies.
