We found obtaining our key from the night lock safe quite difficult. It would have been helpful if there were helpful directions beside the locks. Restaurant was very cold, we were informed the heating system was broken. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

I thoughly enjoyed my stay at Mecure Gerringong. Room 317: An exceptionally clean room with a shower and a bathtub! The bed was very comfortable too! The room provides a full-sized fridge; electric hotplate; cutlery, crockery, electric kettle and everything one needs for relaxed stay. 🙂 Staff & Service: All staff were friendly, kind, efficient and so obliging, especially Connor at Reception! Thank you for making my stay comfortable and most enjoyable! ☺️ Restaurant & Bar: Food was served hot, well presented...and delicious!!! Staff there were also friendly, efficient and so obliging. Thank you, once again! 🙂 Even one of the house-keeping staff helped me with my heavy bags. Thank you! 😉 I would happily return here at any time!
