This stylishly renovated three bedroom home accommodates up to 8 guests and is located just a short walk from the beach and the town centre.

Enjoy spectacular ocean, headland and escarpment views from the front deck, and open plan living area. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed to main bedroom, 2 single beds to second bedroom. Main bedroom has TV & DVD player. Upstairs bathroom with spa bath, shower & separate toilet. Open plan living/dining area with TV & DVD player. Modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & hotplates. Air conditioner in upstairs living area, and ceiling fan to the main bedroom. Back deck with outdoor setting and barbecue. External laundry with washing machine, dryer, third shower & toilet.

Downstairs apartment has 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed & 1 Double sofa bed. Second lounge area, TV/DVD, new bathroom and kitchenette provided.

Great Location
We had a great stay in this house. Plenty of room for 5 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. It was great having the downstairs, so toddler could have sleeps undisturbed. We walked a lot down to the beach - great coffee at the surf club cafe

Great little house, walking distance to the beach and Gerringong's lovely main street. Very clean and well kitted out for a stay with family and friends. The photos don't do it justice - it looks nicer in real life!
