This hotel is right across the street from Gravensteen Castle (we looked right out at the castle from our window!) and very conveniently located on a tram stop right in the center of town. The rooms were very clean and well-organized with extensive storage space, very comfortable beds, and rain showers in the updated bathrooms. Common areas were clean and pretty, and the bar was open 24 hours (most of the pubs in the area closed at 11, so this was a nice feature if you're looking for a nightcap.) The desk staff was efficient and polite.
