The Best Place to Stay in Ghent

This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows.

Exceptional service and courtesy

This is a truly exceptional hotel. The staff was professional and courteous and friendly, too. Given that we were a party of four, they offered us a beautiful suite at no extra charge that made the stay so much nicer than had we been in separate rooms. This is the kind of the hotel experience which Americans often praise by saying, The Europeans .. or in this case, Belgians, know how to do things right! A big thanks to the staff at Pillows for their hospitality.

We stayed one night at this hotel and had just the best time. The hotel is beautiful with lovely comfortable rooms and is in a great location where all the sights of Ghent are within walking distance. Highly recommend and would come back.
