I booked this through a travel agent. I booked 1 room with 2 double beds. The room I was given was 1 king bed. There were only 2 outlets in the entire room and they were not in a convenient location.

Was accidentally placed in wrong room. Both rooms we stayed in reeked of smoke so badly I could barely breathe. The first room floor was not cleaned, it had leaves all over the carpet and there was no over head lighting near the entry way and the light for the bathroom area did not work. When moved to the correct room the smell of smoke was increased largely the lamp for the main source of light had cigarette stains and other dirt and grime on it. We decided to leave and not stay the night there as I am very asthmatic and have some other issues involving breathing so this was a dangerous situation for me to be in over night.

The management was horrible there they would not honor a reservation because it was in my fiancé’s name not in mine. I beat my fiancée to Wyoming a day early so they refused to rent me the room.. I was out in parking lot calling Expedia to change reservation and the male that was behind the counter came out and told me if I didn’t leave the property he would call the cops to have me arrested. I will never recommend this place to anyone or stay there myself on the way through Gillette Wyoming again this is the worst place to ever rent from.

Front desk was very pleasant. When we checked into the room, we came back later that night, none of the lamps worked, apparently they were unplugged from the wall. That's the second time this has happened to us at this facility. They told us the previous guest must have done it. Then the second day we came back to the unit and our keys didn't work. Instead of bringing us new ones they had us come get them after we have already unloaded our items. Facilities need improvement. The beds and the cost to stay are excellent.

The staff was great, very friendly for the most part. The rates were very good that I found on the internet. However, the room could use some updating. The room was kind of smelly, carpet had some rips and lots of hard water deposits on the shower fixture with a huge hole in the shower waterspout, did not take away from function just bad visually.

The check in people were friendly and helpful. The room had soiled carpet, was not cleaned well and was missing the stopper so the bath couldn't be used. The noise was terrible.

The entire hotel had four or five guests. When we checked in we were told only room available was a room with two double beds. Not what we booked and obviously not true. I think we were discriminated against because we used your app to book.
