Site stated had buffet breakfast it does NOT it has cereal waffles and scrambled eggs toast and muffins I was told because of owners religious beliefs there was No meats of any kind then I was startled out of bed to the door slamming closed at 10:15 am There was no latch lock it was either removed or broken check out time was 11 and for whatever reason the cleaning crew decided to enter the room and seen we were still in there and allow the door to slam shut not a very happy camper throughout the night there would be doors that slammed or sounded like someone dropping something heavy outside of door besides those mishaps the hotel is very clean and most staff were friendly a few didnt even notice you were there or greet you they sit on their phones or outside smoking if your wanting snacks there is no vending machine they have a few behind counter but prepare to pay cash they wont let you charge on a card cash only and had to go find and atm at 11 pm and there isnt one on site if your looking for a cheap place with bare minimum this is it

Quick overnight stay

We stayed here on our travels to Yellowstone for an overnight. That was all it was good for I would not stay at a longer time. Someone did try to open up our door, but I had a door stopper with an alarm on it that it was stopped. No one knocked ahead of time for me to even think it was the cleaning service and it was rather too early

This hotel seems to be in the process of being updated, and overall, it was a pleasant and clean place to stay. The room was comfortable, amenities were solid, and the continental breakfast was decent. It was an affordable and convenient stop during our long road trip. We were satisfied with our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and value.

I must say, I definitely got my money’s worth staying at this hotel. The internet connection is excellent, and there’s a decent desk setup suitable for remote work. However, I need to raise a serious safety concern: the hanger on the bathroom door is extremely hazardous. I had a close call where it nearly injured my eye—it’s positioned in a way that makes it very easy to walk into. I strongly urge management to reconsider its placement or remove it entirely to avoid potential accidents. That thing is more of a weapon than a convenience. Please refer to the attached photo for reference.

Breaching ADA Laws

This particular hotel decided to inform me as I checked in that I needed to pay a pet deposit to have my service dog with me. Despite me telling them that he is a service dog with full public access and that it breaches ADA to charge these fees, they were insistent. That it doesn't matter. A dog is a dog, and the fees need to be paid. When I arrived at the hotel, I was limping as I had been driving for a long time, and my legs were a little cramped. The front desk clerk who checked me in also informed me that if I needed a first floor room well, because I was not able to climb the stairs to get to the second room, that they would also charge me an additional fee for downstairs. Again, how is this not against the Americans with Disabilities Act? I was fine, but there are people who cannot climb stairs. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. And i'm going to continue reaching out to whomever I can to address these concerns as it's absolutely not appropriate.

No working TV. The sauna they show in the pictures they said hasn’t worked for a long time. The night employee said since they couldn’t get our tv working we could have a late checkout by an hour. The next morning, we called the front desk to make sure about the late checkout was still ok, and the woman at the desk said no. He was a newer employee and she said he couldn’t tell us that we could do that. The more professional thing to do would be to honor what her employee said, and speak with him later. But she did not. There were also only 3 cars in the parking lot for the whole hotel. The night before and on the morning.

When we got there, the pictures online make it look better than what it actually is. There was hair on the toilet, shower doesn’t drain. There was popcorn on the floor and we didn’t have popcorn. They don’t have coffee all day. They ladies working the front desk were super nice but the guys cleaning kinda seemed sketch
