Stay somewhere else

Place is clean and updated. There is never a person at the service desk. Staff if never available or no where to be found. I was waiting over 20 minutes for someone to finally appear. Beds are super uncomfortable. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was in a convenient spot but when we got our room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest's. We had to lug our stuff to the second room which looked as if it was cleaned but the white comfortor and sheets had some mysterious spots that where pretty disgusting. We then went to the 3rd room which was cleaner but the ac was louder then the TV. Super inconvenient but we where already exhausted so we just stayed put. The breakfast was pretty good but other then that I would not have stayed if it was for more then one night. I wanted to ask for compensation for the inconvenience but I just wanted to get out of there.

Clean , comfortable, and worth the value. Nice sized tv, in room fridge, microwave, and a/c all worked well and made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected, with waffles, fresh eggs, sausage & variety of drinks

Hotel is next to the outlets. You have a Denny’s steps away and other restaurants near by. It was clean and staff was friendly. It served its purpose.

Requires extra deposit at check in even when fees are fully prepaid on booking site. It was never mentioned during the booking process such fees(not a small amount either) is required. No comment on customer service quality many other reviews seem to mention. I work this field too so I get it. Bathroom door does NOT close. They did renovation some time recently I think but the door they got does not fit the doorframe so it just doesn’t close. No big deal but come on…also the shower head is broken plus the water pressure is miserable so showering takes forever. Some weird marks and stains on bed sheets but overall is decently clean. Bed/pillow is okay comfort wise.
