As foreign visitors who do not speak Korean, we had a terrible time getting help from the hotel for transportation. When I called and spoke in English asking for the shuttle information the front desk clerk hung up on me. I had to go to the airport help desk and have the attendant on duty use my phone to call the hotel back to get the information. The clerk informed us that the airport shuttle was not running. It was 1800. We had to stand in the rain to try to get a taxi. We found the correct taxi stand, but none of the taxis would take us to the hotel. We put in for an Uber and continued to try to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We never found one. After 45 minutes of standing in the freezing December rain, we got a call from a wonderful Uber driver! Rather than having guests call the hotel to inquire about the shuttle times it should be posted on the website! We were able to take the shuttle to the airport the next day. It would have been amazing to have been able to catch it the night before.
