The holiday apartment Acquamarina is located in Giovinazzo and overlooks the sea. Built between 1500 and 1700, the 100 mÂČ property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The property is developed on two floors: on the second floor there is the living room and the kitchen and on the third floor there are the bedrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available.

The holiday apartment also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening.

The property boasts an excellent location in the old town of Giovinazzo and is just 250 m from the closest free access beach. The nearest sandy beaches are the ones of Trani and Monopoli, and 950 m from the property there are numerous private beaches with services. Furthermore, several tourist destinations can easily be reached by car or by train.

The house is located in the historic center in a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone). On-street parking for a fee in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele (200 meters from the house). In some nearby streets, which the host will specify, free parking is available (300 meters from the house). Paid and guarded parking (for a daily fee) located 750 meters from the house. (Parking hours: 8 AM - 1 PM, 4 PM - 8 PM).



Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the holiday apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and an elevator is not available.

Authentic stay in an ancient building

A stay in Aquamarina is a great experience - right in the middle of the centro storico of Giovinazzo. The flat is on two floors of a medieval building, completely equipped with everything you might need. The only drawback might be that it cannot be reached by car and a carpark is not nearby. But the landlady supports arrival and departure and any other question that might occur. We had great days in Aquamarina and can recommend it strongly.

Natalina could not have been more thoughtful and obliging than she was.

The attention to detail was second to none and Natalina’s care was exemplary. The location was perfectly central, surrounded by both the coastline and the cafes, nestled in amongst the historic buildings of the old town, and although it’s not ‘palatial’ its extremely functional as I couldn’t think of another place to stay in the area.

A wonderful vacation home in a charming historic neighborhood

My fiancĂ© and I had a fantastic stay at this vacation home. The apartment was well stocked with everything we could ever need and more. The apartment felt homey while still having space for all of our stuff. It’s a quick walk to the beach, piazza, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Natalina was so incredibly helpful. She let us know where we could park nearby for free and gave us lots of recommendations. The neighborhood of Old Giovinazzo is stunning. Walking through the ancient streets felt like being in a movie. We didn’t want to leave, and we can’t wait to come back!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Es ist alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Nur die Treppe, die zur Wohnung fĂŒhren, haben es in sich. Die Gastgeberin hat uns als BegrĂŒĂŸung was zum Essen und eine italienische SĂŒĂŸigkeit, sowie Wasser, Kaffee und FrĂŒhstĂŒck vorfinden lassen. Sie war stets bemĂŒht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden das Haus und die Gastgeberin weiter empfehlen.
