Relax in style at this cozy, three-bedroom home, perfectly nestled between Fairview and Girard. Whether you are here to hook a prize steelhead or soak up the sun, you are just minutes from the famous fishing spots on Elk Creek and a quick 12-mile drive to the sandy beaches of Presque Isle State Park. Unwind after a day of adventure by grilling your catch of the day on our expansive outdoor deck, or enjoy your morning coffee outside in the crisp air. It is the perfect home base for families and groups of friends looking to explore the best of the region!
The Space
The welcoming main level features an open living room, a dedicated dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. Step outside onto the large attached deck, complete with string lights, comfortable seating, an outdoor umbrella, and a gas grill with a picnic table for alfresco dining. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring a queen bed and a twin bed—perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Great for a long family weekend

The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and homey. Patty, the host, was very accommodating with great friendly communication. Very nice neighborhood. This was my first experience with Vrbo and it was overall a great experience....really didn't have to worry and stress about anything!

This home was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The owner provided everything that we would need and extras. It's the little extras that make a difference, coffee, tea, creamer, etc with bathroom necessities. I enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck. Great communication before and during our stay. Week Stay in Summer

Great house and great hosts. Home had everything we needed. Coffee and snacks upon arrival were very welcome after a long drive. Hand-written welcome note from our hosts was also very much appreciated. Hosts were 100% accessible throughout our stay. Little touches and attention to details make a big difference and, right down to the paper towels in the kitchen and the filled salt & pepper shakers, this home had it. Fireflies, deer, gophers, an eagle and bunnies viewed from the yard, yet only 15 minutes away from Erie. Definitely recommend!
