The young lady on reception was very welcoming. After a busy day travelling it was the perfect way to enter the hotel. She took a genuine interest in why I was staying with the hotel, and I did notice she did the same with other guests. She was wonderful.

As an avid theatre goer, this hotel is absolutely the right choice with its proximity to theatres, cinemas, restaurants and also for great shopping choices. The hotel itself has friendly staff yet remains quite informal which I like. Good breakfast too.
