The main level features a king primary suite and a queen bedroom, along with two full baths — including one with a soaking tub that’s perfect after a long beach day. Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom and a twin room with two beds, plus an additional full bath, giving everyone space to spread out comfortably.



The kitchen is fully stocked and beautifully designed, ready for everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners around the table. There’s plenty of seating for gathering, whether you’re sharing a meal, playing games, or just lingering over coffee. A screened sunroom offers a cozy spot to read or unwind, and the dedicated office space with a large desk makes remote work easy if you need to stay connected.

Getting Around:

Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties has snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.



**This property is NOT pet friendly per the HOA.**



A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $99 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.



High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.



There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.



If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
