Spectacular views. Comfortable condo. Sub-par service
The views are super. The place was pretty clean - there were some spots where the cleaning could have been better. Overall, the property was very nice. However, when we arrived it was night time, there was no hot water and the exterior patio doors were left open (they are double doors). It was a cold windy night and because the exterior patio doors were not properly closed, the curtains were literally blowing around inside from the wind coming through from outside. Unfortunately, we didn't notice the open exterior patio doors until the morning. Although I called the 800 number for the hot water and was assured that someone would call me the next morning to fix the problem, I never was contacted. I waited until 10:00 am (waiting to shower before heading out) and then I thought of checking the electrical breakers, and sure enough, they were shut off. Is it just me, or should that not be something clients should be worrying about? Anyway, like I said, the place was good, the service was not.
