Our HOT TUB is serviced commercially twice a week.

→ Bedroom #1: King-size bed (with private bathroom) with direct exterior access to deck
→ Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed
→ Bedroom #3: Bunk Bed nook (sleeps 2) tucked off the living room with an indoor climbing wall to the side (as you can see from the pictures there is no door to Bedroom #3, but there are curtains for the bunk beds)
→ Bedroom #4: Sky Dome with two twin beds (sleep under the stars). The Sky Dome is equipped with a Dyson heater so guests can sleep in it even during the winter months.

Relax and unwind at this beautiful hillside retreat, where you can enjoy stunning mountain views from the deck. Fire up the BBQ for a delicious outdoor meal, dine al fresco under the open sky, and then lounge in the hammocks or soak in the hot tub. As the evening sets in, gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars. This tranquil escape offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature, ideal for both relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.

★ WORK AND STAY CONNECTED ★

For those balancing work and play, Zion Court offers high-speed internet and a workstation, allowing you to be productive before stepping out to explore two of the Top 15 National Parks in the U.S. (Zion #3, Bryce #15).

NOTE:
-We will send a FREE DIGITAL GUIDEBOOK with the location of grocery stores, restaurants, recommended hikes at Zion & Bryce National Parks and other suggestions.
-We are located in the mountains so there may be occasional insects.
-There are two Outfitters/Guides just down the road in Orderville (5 minutes) East Zion Adventures and Roam Outdoor
-There is a grocery store (Terry`s Food & Drug) in Orderville (5 miles).
-We do not have a dishwasher.
-The hammocks tents will be taken down from November 15 through March 15.
-We are open year round. You can sleep in the Sky Dome year round.
-We don`t allow pets
-Never leave children unattended.
-Never leave a fire unattended. Be sure it is completely extinguished.
-There are stairs to access the home, deck, dome bedroom, hot tub, and hammock tents.
-Bedroom #3: Bunk Bed nook (sleeps 2) tucked off the living room with an indoor climbing wall to the side
-The Haven Tents are strung higher and are best suited for adults (up to 200 lbs), which can make them tricky for young children to enter.

Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please be courteous and respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We don`t allow parties. We don`t allow external speakers nor loud music or noise.

You are welcome to use our facilities at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. NEVER leave children unattended.

We are open year round. Winter is a great time to visit the National Parks!
