Did not get the accommodations I reserved. Had reserved 2 king bed rooms. Only got one with the other a double queen. I had reserved this months ago. Facility nothing like the pictures. Guess you get what you pay for. Air conditioner very slow to cool the room. Minimal amenities.

The room was clean but the shower was clogged & filled up with water. I had ice packs that I wanted to freeze but the refrigerator/freezer either wasn’t in pm or lugged in or didn’t work. It also smelled very bad.

The property was in a good location. However, two electric outlets we non functioning, the remote for the heating unit did not have batteries so was non functioning and the room could have been cleaned better as there were paper scrapes under a bedside cabinet.

To be honest a hotel wasn't all that bad. It was the staff a rather large gentleman who is either the owner or manager who goes around and yells at I believe are long-term guests as well as guests like myself who are staying for a night. Acts as if he hates his life so he needs to take it out on other people this place would be a decent stop for the price you couldn't beat it. I'm not easily offended but this guy is absolutely repulsing how he treats his gas and employees is absolutely insane and disgusting I highly recommend everybody stay away they also own the property right next door to them as well other employees were kind but the owner manager heavier set man. Has no business being in the customer service industry

Stayed two separate nights, first night the room was good for the price. The second stay the room was dirty, missing two light bulbs, handle fell off the faucet, and the tv didn't work. One plus the receptionists (same both nights) was so friendly and helpful.

Property is older and our AC didn’t work on a 94 degree day. Another room wasn’t available the first night and we suffered through it. We were moved to another room the second night. Through all of it the staff was wonderful. Honestly if it weren’t for the staff this review would be much worse.

It was ok. The best thing about it was location. Close to the Dinosaur Museum. The museum looks like a waste of time - but once inside, well worth the time! Also right beside Penny’s Diner.

Front desk woman was friendly but that's about as good as it gets. Ramp down to our room was very dingy, not a good first impression. Once in our room it smelled like damp old air and desperately needed an air out. The beds were not properly made and the sheets on one of the beds was stained.... so gross. The cute bear blankets as pictured online were not in the room, which would have been its only saving grace. Bathroom was old but fine. We left well before breakfast so I can't attest to that. I write this only to give other patrons and idea of what they are going in to. I think it's a work in progress.
