My sink has been broken for almost 2weeks. The washing machines have been broken for almost 3 weeks. I’m a travel nurse and was quoted a weekly rate that was not honored. Cleaning are nice but don’t clean anything they just make the beds and give clean towels.

Room was clean as was the lobby and breakfast area. Rooms are well insulated for sound. The people next to us were being very loud from the time I checked in (9:15) through when I fell asleep (11:45) you were able to hear them as soon as you entered the hallway (20 rooms away) as I got to my room it became evident they were in the very next room and the dread set in. Once I entered the room the sound was surprisingly very muffled. Probably a fluke occurrence but our room did not have working heat. I sleep with the thermostat at 65 and the room was 63 so it was tolerable, but to most people it would have been too cold. Despite these two factors i still had a relatively pleasant stay all things considered and would stay again. Solid value for the price

Room was not secure as it was missing the latch plate on the door jamb, pool area ceiling was visibly damaged and leaking into the hot tub which was not functioning properly also. I reserved this stay based on the 7.8 rating to find a 3 at max upon arrival. Also fairly certain that the heating unit in our room was dirty and it smelled of mildew when in use

The hot tub jets were not working which was disappointing, but what is super concerning is I’m currently being treated for bed bugs after spending one night at this hotel. I’m beyond disgusted and will not recommend this hotel. Please do better for future guests.

I have stayed at this particular hotel 4 times now, every time, the hotel lobby and the room were neat, clean and orderly. The desk staff has always been polite. Even when ive arrived later at night. During this stay i did have some noisey neighbors across the hall and i could hear them pretty well but usually its quiet and comfortable.

This place was extremely comfortable. The staff were courteous and professional. Despite being near the thruway, it was absolutely peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. Big clean comfy rooms. 10/10 highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again
