The pool was closed due to the property keeping bees and they were somehow getting into the pool area. I understand things happen but feel we could have been offered some compensation. We paid what I consider a fairly high price for the rooms and our kids were very disappointed the pool wasn’t available. The staff was friendly and the rooms are very nice.

Breakfast area was large, however, the breakfast items were not cohesive - meaning that it seemed like the toaster was in a high traffic area and the butter, jellies, etc. were not located near. Also, the tables were not cleaned while we were there.

Convenient location right off I-70 with easy parking and close to places for dinner, which made it a good stop for the night. The room was clean, smelled fresh, and had everything we needed. Check-in could have been smoother and a bit friendlier. We stayed on a Saturday night, and while the hotel was busy (as expected), it was also pretty loud around 11:30 pm with noise from the hallway and other rooms. I know that’s more about fellow guests being courteous than the hotel’s control, but still worth noting. Overall, this is a good place to lay your head for the night, clean, convenient, and practical for travelers.

Quick night stay, just passing through

We were driving from Illinois to California and needed a one night stay to get some rest and a shower. Beds were nice and firm. Room was quiet. We left at 4am so did not check out the breakfast.
