Located on a quiet residential street on the Glenwood Springs Golf Course with panoramic mountain views, this spacious house offers an inviting feel from the moment you arrive. Upon entering, guests are drawn into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the mountains and Colorado River.

The layout of this beautifully decorated home creates a perfect space for families to gather or couples who are traveling together. You will never feel crowded with all of the space this house offers! Guests will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms along with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, office, pool table, great room, additional family/TV room, wet bar, garage and viewing decks.

The master suite (upstairs) has a king size bed, full spa like bathroom including bidet, private deck which boasts beautiful views, a relaxing fireplace and a 55" flat screen TV.

The second bedroom (upstairs) offers two twin beds which conveniently convert into a king-sized bed upon request. This bedroom has a private access door to the bath that is located off the kitchen area.

The third bedroom (downstairs) has a queen sized bed, and a nicely appointed bathroom.

The fourth bedroom (downstairs) offers a queen size bed, viewing deck, full bathroom and a 40" flat screen TV.

When it is time to relax, play pool or watch a movie, the great room or family room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, wet bar and comfortable seating. There are many areas to enjoy a quiet and relaxing cocktail or glass of wine while taking in the spectacular views.

Chefs can also take advantage of the nicely appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal.

The location is ideal for guests who feel like exploring Glenwood Springs as you are located just a short 4 minute drive to downtown Glenwood Springs and the following activities: hot springs pool, vapor caves, adventure park and caverns, river rafting trips, restaurants, shopping , golf and much more!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. My rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and parties. Evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies prior to booking this property.

This property is equipped with outdoor only cameras for the safety of our guests and the community.

Everywhere we went out for dinner was spectacular, in particular Riviera, Pullman, Hugo’s. Iron mountain hot springs is not to be missed. I’d recommend a day trip to Aspen (an hour away) if you have time. There, John Denver’s Sanctuary is an easy stroll and so serene. Thank you Andrea for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

A Beautiful Home with a View of Mountains

Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful spacious home for 3 days and enjoyed rafting the Colorado and swimming at the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. Both were within a 5 minute drive. The grandkids really loved the walk-out basement with the big screen tv, pool table, and kitchen . It was nice to have two gathering areas.

Picture Perfect

My husband and I, along with my brother & sister-in-law and our daughter were lucky enough to stay here during the Christmas holidays while visiting family in New Castle. The house, which is located just west of Glenwood Spring, is lovely and very well maintained - the rooms are spacious, with plenty of space to just hang out - and kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host was terrific to deal with throughout both our booking process and stay, and had even put up a Christmas tree and decorated the mantle. We enthusiastically recommend this property and will definitely return!

Fall trip

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a few nights this fall. Beautiful comfortable house. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with most of what you need (need a peeler). The pool table was a lot of fun and they have an assortment of DVDs for those of us over 40. The location is central and it’s easy to get downtown. The only downside is the house is on a hill overlooking i70 so there is some traffic noise. It didn’t bother me but it did others. But on the bright side you can see when there’s traffic. Watch out for the hot water. It’s scalding.
