Only an overnight stay but a very pleasant one. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Large car park with disabled parking close to Reception. Spacious restaurant with good food Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food.

Honestly much nicer than some very expensive hotel chains I’ve stayed with. Very comfortable bed, clean spacious rooms, good WiFi, good food and drink options and a pool! Will stay again.

We had a great stay. There were 3 adults sharing a room with king bed and double sofa bed and had plenty of room. There was also a fridge. The pool is great and includes pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna - there are lockers and towels provided. Staff were all lovely and friendly on reception, in the spa and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We came by train to Cheltenham Spa - do not get a taxi from outside the station as it costs twice as much as an uber. We had lunch one day in the bar which was really nice and bought food from Sainsbury’s which is a short walk away. The bar is a nice area to chill out in.
