Unit was very spacious and plenty of room for 4 people. Having only one bathroom was kind of inconvenient, especially because the hot water did not last long enough for even one shower. Ceiling fans only go on one speed and the air conditioners in each room would not work consistently. Thankfully the weather is cooling down, but I couldn’t imagine trying to figure that out during the summer. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, so we could hear every single footstep and every conversation around us. The occupants in the unit next to us were outside in the parking lot laughing and having a grand ole time until past 11pm the first night. The second night, they were on their patio smoking and talking loudly. Not only could I hear their entire conversation, but the smell from their cigarettes filled our unit. I reached out to the property to make a complaint and they responded quickly stating they would reach out to them to remind them of the quiet hours and no smoking policy. Apparently they didn’t follow through because it was around midnight before they quieted down. If you cherish your sleep, pick a different property! They also charged us a $175 property fee which was NOT disclosed prior to booking.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. It is maybe 1/2 block to a block to the beach. So much to do nearby. The communication from the start was wonderful! We are already planning on returning!

Everything about the hotel would have been great had they not forgotten about our stay. We had called becuase after the first initial emails and forms we thought we were good to go. They didn’t receive my id and needed it to give me the code to the unit ( never emailed ahead to tell us about it)Once all was sorted we were told to check into our unit. We walked into a room that had not been cleaned In between guests. Beds had no sheets and the dirty ones left piled on the bed. Dirty towels in the corner of the bathroom and bed room. Dishes left to dry on the counter, and a full trash bin. And the tip envelop left for Sharron with her top inside ( and problems with the unit during thier own stay) For a 2 night stay it wasn’t feasible to switch us to a different room when we had less than 12 hrs left and had already spent one night of the 2. A cleaner should have been sent so we didn’t have to spend our evening cleaning a hotel room. We didn’t get any refund. Just given a thank you for showing the photos 😂Offered a new room a day later and still being asked to send over my ID so we can check into our room. 2 days after the stay ended, and they have my info already cause e had chec

There was plenty of space for a family of four adults. Three minute walk to the shore, so nice!! big kitchen!! clean!! pretty coastal decor… Would’ve been nice to have two bathrooms, but we managed fine. my only complaint was the walls were thin, so if you’re a light sleeper it’s tough, depending on what’s going on in the other units. it’s in a great location!! we had a wonderful stay!!

New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again.

Family vacation close to the beach

Our stay at Long Beach Suites was great. 9 out of 10 rating. Location, location, location! Beach was a short walk away as was Ice Cream and food options. The accommodation was very roomy and the beds comfy. We were on the bottom floor, and enjoyed the patio area and Adirondack Chairs. However we constantly heard footsteps and running overhead, and at times was very loud and disruptive. They obviously skimped on insulation. The shower did not have adequate drainage or water barriers to prevent water from escaping the shower, so towels were placed on the floor to catch the water. The place was tastefully decorated with beach wall art and the furniture was comfortable. All and all a nice option, pricey but worth it.

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The only downside was the AC wouldn’t turn off. Even when I tried to turn it off, it kept running. Unfortunately, that made me sick. Everything else was great, though!

Not Quite What I Had Hoped

The room was different from the pictures taken on the website. I was looking forward to a bath, only to find a small shower. The water wasn't that hot and didn't last long. The cleanliness factor wasn't quite there either. There were spots on the linens, hair in the drawers of the dressers and in the floor. The kitchen ware was dirty too, fingerprints and specks of food debris. The cookware was Teflon coated with scratches that made it unsafe to cook in. Many things were broken: the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. The only way it would stay shut is with a towel wedged against it. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall, and the holder for the iron and ironing board came completely out of the wall when I went to put it away. The walls were quite thin as well so the noise from the other tenets was quite loud. One neighbor blast their music. The people upstairs walked very loud and had a screaming child into all hours of the night. But the biggest annoyance is that they didn't offer the cancellation or reservation adjustment policy. I had to adjust my schedule by a day due to a storm and my flight being canceled, and they charged me anyway. I stayed an additional day and they didn't bother to comp it because I paid a day I didn't use, nor offer me a discount. Which is unfortunate because we could have been a return customer despite all the other issues.

no one on site. we could not get into our room because they sent us the wrong code, and stood outside for quite a while. the space is clearly brand new it is definitely no frills and decorated from big lots. rate was decent this time of year but if you're coming during high season keep your expectations in check.

Family vacation.

This place was amazing. Long Beach Suites was clean and comfortable. With all the amenities full kitchen/dining,washer dryer, 2 bedrooms ( king beds) one bath ( no tub in this unit) plenty of closet space, There is no highchair in the unit we stayed in. However I'm sure if asked it could be provided.Just the right distance from everything we wanted to see and do. And big big plus it is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Surf Side Pizza and Ice Cream. And not far from downtown Gloucester and approximately 30 mins. From Salem. So much to see and do that even in 5 days not enough time to see it all. The castle is a definite must see. I can't say enough about the whole experience.
