Keep it in context

Maria, the owner could be contacted directly and sent a local manager across to talk to us during the initial visit. They do not speak English but they do their best to make sure that with limited German (on my part) all matters were handled correctly. At some stage the house was renovated, some of the finishes could have been done better, but you also need to look at the charges for this property. All up a very quiet location, beautiful views across a wooded valley and good value for money.

Bauernhaus mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Ferienhaus Baumgarten ist für eine Familie mit Kindern mittleren Alters absolut zu empfehlen. Das alte Bauernhaus ist unheimlich gemütlich. Es liegt inmitten der Natur, sehr ruhig und man schläft hervorragend in bequemen breiten Holzbetten. Am großen Esstisch kann man abends Brettspiele machen, es sind einige vorhanden. Generell ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine komfortable Auszeit benötigt. Die riesige Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal. Der Garten ist sehr ursprünglich mit Obstbäumen, Kräutern, blühenden Sträuchern und Blumen. Ein Pool steht zur Erfrischung im Sommer bereit. Besonders Spaß hatten unsere Kinder an der Tischtennisplatte im Schuppen, die sie in jeder freien Minute genutzt haben. Wir danken der Inhaberin für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft schönen, top instandgehaltenen und liebevoll eingerichteten Objekt und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld des Urlaubs. Unkompliziertes Einchecken,freundlicher Empfang vor Ort.

Baumgarten 1 hat eine wunderbare Lage, gerade wenn man Ruhe sucht. Nachts ist es (wenn man die eigenen Lichtquellen ausschaltet) so dunkel, dass man phantastische Sternensicht hat - ein Traum. Wir durften und Walnüsse vom Baum nehmen, im Wald haben wir Schwammerl gefunden. Es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man vermisst nichts. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wirklich ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein schönes Platzerl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der nahen Umgebung, Bauernmärkte, Bauernläden, Winzer mit Direktverkauf und Buschenschänken. Ein Traum.

Ein sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus in einer ruhigen, erholsamen und unaufgeregten Gegend der Südoststeiermark. Schöne Spaziergänge durch Buchenwälder. Riesige Terrasse die zwar alt ist, aber dafür mit einem grandiosen Ausblick dienen kann. Wir kommen wieder! Markus und Martina aus Graz

Das gelbe Haus ist genau so schön, wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Ein herrlich entspannter Ort!

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit allem! Die netten Nachbarn haben uns mit guten Tips und Schnaps versorgt! Wir hätten es auch noch länger ausgehalten, aber der Alltag hat uns leider zurückgerufen....

Toll gelegen und super für Kids

Wir haben ein altes aber sehr gemütliches Haus vorgefunden. Ideal für Kinder, da das Haus groß, der Garten fabelhaft und die Möglichkeiten vielseitig sind. Das Haus ist alt aber super eingerichtet. Für gemütliche Familienabende perfekt. Man kann grillen oder ein Lagerfeuer machen. Riegersburg und die Zotter Manufaktur sind ganz nah und nach Graz ist es etwa eine Stunde.
