Welcome to a detached holiday house SEEOASE, which is within walking distance only a few minutes from the shore of the Fleesensee in a quiet location. A real haven for those seeking relaxation, away from the stresses of everyday life & # 133;

Spend relaxing holidays in the cozy holiday HOUSE SEEOASE! The house is located a short distance to the Fleesensee with sandy beach, playground, lawn and beach volleyball court. The proximity to the lake and the comfort features of this holiday home will delight you in every season!

The house was completely renovated by the new owner family in the winter of 2019 and undergo a facelift. The tasteful and modern facilities allow holidaymakers to spend year-round relaxing holidays here in this holiday home on the Fleesensee. The house has shutters and insect protection (tenter). Free LTE Wi-Fi is also available. Your dog is allowed to travel.

You enter the Klinkerhaus through a hallway with cloakroom and enter the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen. From here you reach through a patio door on the covered terrace and the adjoining fenced garden.

On comfortable garden furniture (6 garden chairs + table) enjoy common food, which you on the charcoal grill (charcoal please bring along) prepare. You can relax on 2 sun loungers. In the lockable storage shed in the garden area you can store your bicycles or golf equipment.

The living area has a (sleeping) sofa and a comfortable swing chair. Enjoy a relaxed TV experience thanks to a full-HD flat screen (excl. SKY-TV: Bundesliga (restricted), golf tournaments, current films in HD quality), which is connected to a DVD player.  Through the patio doors, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. A gas central heating ensures pleasant warmth in the house (EC: floor heating / OG: radiator).

On the comfortable, fold-out sofa bed (mattress 140x200 cm / pillow and bedding included), a person can sleep comfortably.

At the high-quality dining table you can enjoy your self-prepared meals or shared games evenings on 6 comfortable chairs (1 high chair is available free of charge). The open-plan kitchen with counter houses dishes and all sorts of cooking utensils, dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator (separate freezer in the storage room), coffee maker, toaster & kettle. Prepare a coffee quickly thanks to a PAD machine (please bring your own coffee pods) or have a delicious, shared meal with yourself and your loved ones.

Furthermore, the ground floor is one of a total of 2 bathrooms. The daylight bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.

In the separate storage room on the ground floor is a freezer, a washing machine (please bring powder), a dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse for free use.

A custom-made wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are 2 bedrooms and the 2nd. Bathroom.

The separate 2 feel-good bedrooms have comfortable beds, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) incl. Pillows & duvets) & HDTV flat screens. Wardrobes serve as storage space for the holiday wardrobe .. Sloping ceilings give the bedrooms a particularly cozy atmosphere & serve as retreats, if desired. The bedrooms are equipped with high quality PVC flooring. Here, too, shutters and insect screens ensure undisturbed & as long lasting sleep as possible.

Bed linen, towels, sauna set (bathrobe & sauna towel) pp, 1 baby travel cot & 1 high chair are optional.

The 2. Daylight bathroom has a bath, vanity with panoramic mirror and toilet. Enjoy after walks on the lake on cool days, a soothing bubble bath and just let your mind wander & # 133; From the bathroom window you can see the Fleesensee.
