The holiday home Residenz am See, located just 50 meters from the Fleesensee and offers high comfort on approx 145 sqm. Enjoy with us a wonderfully relaxing holiday. On the ground floor of the generously proportioned living-dining area with open kitchen. In the living room you will find a large sofa and a controllable via a button Gas fireplace for warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Also, the room is equipped with a DVD player, hi-fi system, satellite TV and Sky TV. For cozy evenings, we have provided a number of books, DVDs and games for you. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 persons. As a service you receive, as far as available as free power Sky and Wi-Fi. It is due a deposit of 200 €. These must be paid at the final payment and will be refunded after checking the final cleaning. The tourist tax is also to be paid with the final payment.
