Het appartement is enerzijds gedateerd en er moet zo links en rechts wat onderho ...

Het appartement is enerzijds gedateerd en er moet zo links en rechts wat onderhoud gepleegd worden. Positief vonden wij de ligging, sneeuwkettingen zijn niet nodig want de wegen worden goed schoongehouden, de auto -indien niet te hoog- kan in de parkeergarage, 5 minuten rijden naar Going waaruit je zelfs kunt skiën naar Westendorf. Het appartementencomplex is zeer goed geïsoleerd. Zeker een aanrader voor een week wintersport.

De omgeving was mooi maar het was een huis was tussen werkende mensen en er mocht niets . Als je op balkon zat werd er om 9 uur al gezegd dat het stil moest zijn . En we hadden geen mooi uitzicht we zaten ingesloten.

Prima appartement als uitvals basis voor het wintersportgebied. Is maar 10 min. naar Ellmau. In Ellmau kan je langs de weg bij de MPreis wat spullen inslaan voor tijdens het verblijf. Het appartement is prima uitgerust voor 4 personen. Lekkere bedden en kussens. Prima keuken met goede oven. Het enige wat dit appartement mist is een lekkere bank of luie stoelen.

foto op Internet is vertekenend, het is een appartement als onderdeel van een normaal wooncomplex. Is ook wat afgelegen ten opzichte van het dorp. Op zich wel een ruime accommodatie met voldoende inrichting. Misten wel een comfortabele luie stoel of bank.

Het (licht gedateerde) appartement is een prima uitvalsbasis voor de wintersport. Het ligt aan de rand van het grootste ski gebied van Oostenrijk, binnen 10 minuten rijden waren we bij de piste. Wat wij erg prettig vonden was de parkeergarage onder het appartementencomplex!

Het huis is heel ruim, redelijk compleet ingericht, goede en nette keuken inrichting. De garage is heel fijn, zeker met veel sneeuw of vorst. De woning was slecht schoongemaakt. De warmwatervoorziening in de badkamer is voor 4 personen erg weinig, werd alleen s'nachts opgewarmd.
