Don't let the worn exterior fool you. Our room (single king) was very clean, spacious, and fully renovated. It appears that all rooms have a balcony/patio facing the Rogue River, and we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching seals and fishermen, and a lovely view of the iconic bridge. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and a good location just a short drive across the river from restaurants and coffee shops. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We stayed here in August. The view of the Umpqua River and bridge from our room was wonderful and the highlight of our stay. UNFORTUNATELY, the room was dirty, the refrigerator smelled like rotten fish and sour milk. service was lacking, and the price was far too high for the overall experience. MAYBE at $99 per night, it might be reasonable, but at the current rates, it simply isn’t worth the cost.
