Anchorage Waters is a purpose-designed luxury waterfront residence positioned on exclusive Paradise Island - a quiet residential enclave connected to Surfers Paradise by a single road, yet only moments from world-class beaches, dining and Cavil Avenue.

Here, you wake to calm, wide river water at your doorstep while the energy of Surfers Paradise sits just a short walk away. Absolute waterfront position, true walk-to-CBD convenience and seven private en-suite bedrooms under one roof is an exceptionally rare combination on the Gold Coast.

Built in 2014 as a dedicated holiday residence - not converted from a private home - Anchorage Waters was intentionally designed to host extended families and larger groups in comfort, privacy and style. Our host Jenn was so accommodating and very prompt with any enquires we had. The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen to prams for our little ones. The pool and spa were amazing everything was so clean. No problem entertaining my 7 grandkids and only short walk to beaches and Caville Ave.

Wow! Anchorage Waters is the nicest house I have EVER stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, having WIR’s in most & ensuites in each room was amazing. The attention to detail, the space, the amenities & the location can’t be faulted. The pool & spa are incredible. Waking up to that view was breathtaking. And a super short walk & your in surfers with all that has to offer. We had the best week, we didn’t want to leave. We will be back. Honestly, you can’t fault anything about this house.I can’t recommend enough. And what a beautiful host Jenn is. She made everything a breeze

We stayed at the property for 8 nights great location to surfers, it was not upto our standards of cleanliness, took this up with jenn and she was going to meet with the cleaners to try and rectify our concerns, under beds and couches under thhe fridge and the under the oven, had bot been cleaned for a long time, we ended up getting the cleaners in again, as things were not clean properly, we ended seeing a live rat which then died in the pantry, it was a disaster for us as we had small children, and it is the last thing you want to have to deal with which they have tried there best in insuring these things dont happen, which we understand, we did not get any compensation, which is a same as it was a one and a life holiday, Couches were put dated down stairs which could do with being replaced, A positive we loved everyone having there own bathroom,

Amazing

80th Birthday celebration lunch with family and friends. Self catered for 20 people and everything on hand that we needed. Beautiful location with brilliant views. Can highly recommend.

Junior sporting team

Fantastic home for kids. We had a team of junior baseballers. Swimming pool, spa and fishing kept the kids entertained for hours. Great large bedrooms all with bathrooms. Cooling and fans were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
