My unit was unsatisfactorily cleaned to the point where there was chewing gum on a surface and it damaged my property. There were wrappers in the couch cushions and under them. One of the old male residents took a picture of my child without permission and another was laying in the pool area legs open for all and sundry to see up his shorts. Myself and my children didn’t appreciate this.

The parking area was nice, 2 parking spots available. The rooms were spacious and had a bathroom in all 3 rooms we had !!! Very lovely home !!!!

The rooms are really large and have great amenities... The parking is good, and whilst it takes a little while to get used to the garage door and lift system, it works well. The bed was comfy, as was the couch and the kitchen and laundry were a good size. Using the oven was a little bit tricky to use... but i got there... highly recommend!

Room needs refurbishing, curtains were dirty, furniture chipped and in poor condition. Floor tiles broken. Dogs using the entrance lawn as a toilet. Pool is good. Reception very helpful.

The property and accommodation were good. However, the company employed to clean the room needs changing. The first 24 hours here involved purchasing cleaning products and doing a total clean of the residence. It was appalling! After a good clean, my family enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again as it was close to theme parks, shops, etc. The property is well secured and general areas such as the pool are well maintained.

The room was disgusting had 2 old dirty ripped couches that looked like they had been picked up on the side of the road. Bathroom mouldy. Dark and smelly room. We asked to change rooms but said they were full. Didn’t look full . I told them they can’t book this room in this state they said owner won’t upgrade anything. Well simple don’t book his room till he does.

It was my second stay at Azzura Greens resort and i came back because i had such a good experience the first time. Easy parking, clean rooms, very quiet & each room had its own en-suite bathroom. Check in was fine but as experienced the last time… the receptionist tends to walk away from the front desk for other chores which means you have to wait for too long to get attention

Our room was amazing, so big! The verandah was fantastic with so much space. The location was unbeatable being only 10mins from the theme park attractions and close to supermarkets, food outlets etc.Access in and out of the property was easy and straightforward. The only thing we found as a begative was our sons room (2nd bedroom) the ceiling fan did not work and the aircon would make a loud humming noise every 5 minutes or so which made it difficult to sleep so we couldnt have that on which he found too hot to sleep without. We loved our stay and will definitely be back and recommended to others.
