Room was clean and much larger than expected which was great do a family of 4. The pool and spa we used daily after site seeing and theme parks and was a really nice area. The bbq area we used a few times was great very clean easy to use. Overall was a nice place to stay close to theme parks whilst quiet away from busy surfers all a little dated was all in working order and clean.

Room was un clean floors were dirty (had to wear socks the whole time as my feet turned back within 5 minutes of walking around) dirty mens underwear and chip packet and can were left in the room so clearly no cleaning was done there. No curtians in loundge room so afternoon sun was unbearable and couldnt use the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag and black tape. Not as advertised NOT a 4 star barely a 3 star . Waste of money go elsewhere

Everything was good, The apartment was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the common areas such as the pool were clean, the jacuzzi was very nice, and the BBQ area was excellent.

We picked Azzura Greens because of the location while visiting family. Reception isn’t maned at night but instructions were pretty clear to get the keys. The unit was a good size, two bedroom with full kitchen and laundry. The pool area is very nice. Parking is underground and the entry / exit are on opposite sides, so be cautious when entering and leaving. Our unit unfortunately had a few issues, the WIFI wasn’t connected but was fixed when we mentioned it. The ceiling fan and tv did not work in the master bedroom, we did inform reception but nothing was done about them. The main issue was a bugs in the unit, they were every where and mostly annoying. We were there 6 nights and there was no service to the unit. I’m guessing each unit is privately owned so many units maybe he okay and some maybe not depending on the owners.

Room itself is great, clean and with everything you need for a short stay, though for the price you can do better than International Roast instant coffee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location leaves a bit to be desired. I like to walk wherever possible and the entire precinct has NO footpaths. To get to the supermarket 300m away you have to walk on the road and cross a busy intersection with no crossings. To get to the cafe at the golf club within the precinct you pretty much have to drive or walk on the road.

Lovely property, but no coffee maker, just a Nescafe and no pods. Couldn't buy them at the local store. Thats the only negative thing i have to say. LOVE the leather furniture! Large airy rooms.

My unit was unsatisfactorily cleaned to the point where there was chewing gum on a surface and it damaged my property. There were wrappers in the couch cushions and under them. One of the old male residents took a picture of my child without permission and another was laying in the pool area legs open for all and sundry to see up his shorts. Myself and my children didn’t appreciate this.

The rooms are really large and have great amenities... The parking is good, and whilst it takes a little while to get used to the garage door and lift system, it works well. The bed was comfy, as was the couch and the kitchen and laundry were a good size. Using the oven was a little bit tricky to use... but i got there... highly recommend!
