Interior was in good condition - clean and neat. Exterior of units needs some tidying up. There are no locks on bathroom or bedroom doors. There are no views from balconies so the name doesn't ring true. No balcony furniture either. Reasonably well equipped kitchen but no saucepans. Wasn't told there was a keylock until text and message sent on day of entry while driving down. I had already made the detour to James Street and found a park, only to find I didn't need to go there. All communications before that said I had to go to the office. Unit is in good position between beach and creek. Was asked to put bin out but not told which one. We put 'a' bin out.
