We had a lovely stay, bit of a confusion over the booking when we arrived, as we had clicked 'breakfast included' on expedia, but this wasn't. Alvin was fantastic and sorted out. Hotel is located about a 20 min walk or 5 mins on the tram to the centre. Tram stop is outside. Breakfast is awesome, loads of choices. Would definitely stay again.

Price vs location was great, tram directly across road, surfers paradise and the like was only 2 or 3 stops away, pool area great, stayed in a corner room was big and came with pullout bed which was ideal. Overall would definitely recommend
