Spa not working, apartment was not cleaned pillows were terrible and had interesting Stains on them. Mould on the roof outdoor furniture old and rusty. Ocean view but was basically on the 4th floor in-front of the trees. No extra towels provided, very old tv with no options for Netflix or other channels. Dirty dishes no clean glassware. Pretty disappointing with our stay, we were looking forward to the spa for it to be out of use.

We loved the huge self contained apartment with amazing water views. The meals at both Koconut Willy's and Three sixty restaurants were amazing. Also loved the beach walks and fresh seafood place next door. All staff were fantastic.

The view from our room was awesome. We really loved the whole experience. The kids love the pool and very convenient as the lagoon is just across from the apartment. The only let down is that there's no aircon in the bedrooms as we have to use the fan to blow cool air into our room. The sliding is really hard to open to go in the balcony it keeps jumping off its track. But other than that we were happy and relaxed with our stay.

Property was perfect location! Beautiful views…and great feel. On a whole quiet…except on the weekend when the Bar gets a little rowdy! But you get that. Pool perfect temperature. Walking distance to good food…and short drive to shopping centres! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Might just add the bathroom sink is very slow draining…might need a declog…but that the only negative!
