Grande Florida 79 - Beautiful Miami Beach

Enjoy your holiday at the Grande Florida Resort in Miami. This complex has two resort style pools, sauna and games room for the kids or just walk across the road to beautiful Miami Beach. This is a two bedroom, air conditioned unit located on the third level, consisting of a queen and 2 x singles. Complex is located close to Miami Surf Club for patrolled beach or maybe a bite to eat. It is also located close to shops and transport. Approx. 20 minutes to theme parks and 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise.

Minimum 3 nights off peak, 5 and 7 nights holidays

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

Great location, very quiet. Neat & tidy. Beach/ pool towels would have been great (not supplied).Had a continually dripping ensuite shower, we notified real estate to be fixed - told someone would be there that day. Unfortunately didn't turn up so had to continue to put up with this all weekend. Other than that all was good.

The accommodation was very underwhelming...tired, dated and dirty. No table on the balcony. No wifi. Dissappointing.

Nice big area in apartment with adecent size ensuite. Up 3 flights of stairs which was not ideal with heavy bags. No wifi in the room we stayed in. Great, safe parking.

The property is in a beautiful old tropical garden setting close to the beach. For me it was a private let through a real estate agency and NOT how I do holidays. the apartment is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator, 36 steps up. Only after the booking was made was this fact stated and there is NO refund on a booking done this way.
