We were a group of six staying for 4 nights and found the house was a great size and well set up for us. The bedrooms are nice and big, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms & 4 toilets. The location was great, a quick walk to the beach or restaurants. There is a very large apartment building being built next door, the price was discounted because of construction but we didnât find the construction intrusive to our stay. We did find some of our phones kept switching between QLD and NSW time being right on the border. An uber driver told us that we were in an area that was considered NSW by uber so ww had a bit of difficulty securing rides further north to Pacific Fair etc. Coolangatta is a lovely relaxed spot to stay, itâs a nice beach town, and this house is great if you want to relax and spend time by the sea
We were very disappointed to find that this accommodation was far from the âluxuriousâ villa it is advertised to be. There was a whole list of issues with it. Too many to detail here but to highlight a fewâŠIt was not properly cleaned. many furnishings and fixtures were stained, worn or broken. Blinds had mould.dead cockroach in a frying pan. Oven not working. When we notified the property manager they were very apologetic but then failed to adequately compensate and were difficult to deal with in this matter. Extremely overpriced and over marketed.
My Family had a weeks stay in the villa and we could not fault anything
Itâs in a great location and has everything you need to enjoy your stay
We will be back again next year for another weeks stay
We came with a lot of surfboards and bikes. Was perfect to have internal access from secure parking with room for car, bikes and all the surf gear. Comfortable accomodation with a terrific supply of cutlery, glassware and plates etc. Good cooking facilities. It will be out first choice when we go again.
