Complete schmozzle
We had a booking at Q1, paid for months ago bought through a holday rental company.It was changed due to a death in the family. Then my husband needed radiation therapy for cancer which fell in the middle of the 2nd booking. We were not allowed to change that booking and it would cost an extra $425. In the end we decided to go . Then we were told on the day of arrival that our booking had been made for 2025! Suddenly its no problem to change the booking. Plenty of other properties with availability at no extra cost! We were booked into another hotel which had an indoor pool and spa...which were closed during our stay. One combined bathroom and toilet for 4 people ( one of whom required it frequently due to his medical treatment).. Very poor experience.
